Thanks Ray!

just reversed the + and - connections, and it seems to move as much air running either way(in opposite directions!), so will be ok as a push or
pull.
yeah postage did put me off a bit at first, but when it arrived the postage was £6.30 odd, so he's not making on the postage.
quick delivery aswell.

That's good to know, seen some silly postage prices on ebay, though I think they have been trying to stamp that out.
Thanks for the tip

Just bought one.
I've been dithering between sticking with the R1 rad and fan or changing to a micra/polo one. It was the fan prices that have been putting me
off.

Suprised the price hasn't been adjusted - the last 10 flew out.
I've just checked and it looks very similar to the fan in my Rover 200 (P reg, 1.4, 8v poverty spec).
But don't go buying any connectors until I get mine and compare side to side

Just had a message back from the sell about the connector
"The Rover cars I believe are the 400 series. However I have used female crimp-on connectors which work brilliantly. I hope this helps.
Huw"
Anyone got a Rover 400 can confirm this ?

I'm sure these were for sale on ebay ages ago, the ad said they were removed from Rover 400s on the production line when they were fitted with
air-con.
They look similar anyway

Mine arrived this morning.
Quick compared to the crimp tool I ordered a week ago which still hasn't arrived.

Isn't that big sheet of ali holding the fan on going to restrict airflow ?

I doubt the cardboard will help much either.
