Pedal plans

Hi Gents

Has anyone got any plans for a pedal box, sketches, dimensioned photos, anything!
It’s next on my list of things to do and I quite fancy making my own.
I have tried searching the boards but no joy!
Thought there was a tread for the Dax pedal box a while ago but can’t find it anymore!

Any info would be much appreciated

Cheers

Thom

rallydesign has a section regarding the ratios to use... pretty useful imo. with that and the measurements from a standard sierra box, u should have little problems doing a custom pedal box

go to rallydesign.co.uk then online shop and on the right, where it says "tech tips" there's a section called pedal ratios/mechanical leverage.

Thom,
I designed my own floor mounted pedal box to suit Toyota brake and clutch m/c. I can email you the dwgs if you like.
PM me your email address and I'll send them over.

Cheers,

Tim

Have a look in my archive mate. Theres 3 piccies down the page labelled pedals. They may be of use. I didnt work out any ratios, i just made them to see what they came out like. They look nice and as luck had it the ratios seem to be perfect. (makes a change i get some luck).

They are all seperate pedals/brackets bolt through the floor with a strengthening plate.
