IIRC Penn and Teller did an expose of most of those tricks, levetation definately involves a crane/forklift and a crowd who for some reason
don't seem to notice it 
The pulling a woman in half trick doesn't really count as magic IMO.

I prefer a group of three girls in London called 'Grey Magic'. When I did corporate launches they did lotsof work with us. They did loads
of subliminal hosting and dare I say it 'slight of hand'. Please no handtrick jokes.
