Hi Brian,
I'm in Melbourne too and am 1/2 way through a build.
If you're after a good local build resource there is www.oz-clubbies.com and there's a yahoo group called Locost_Oz that has quite a lot
of activity.
On top of that there is the Victorian Clubman Builders Group that meets every couple of months. We have a 'shed-shunt' organised for this
month that is basically a tour of some builder's garages to see their progress and borrow/steal ideas.

thats where my aunty barbara lives brisbane .... top place i went for a visit a few years ago theres a really nice beach at a place called southport
..... nothing like the place near you this ones got a sea

Only 30 min drive from Southport England and one of the wifes cousins lives in Southport Austrailia. Only one more sleep to go.
