Probably gonna be a bit short of time for anything for a while - decorating/work/kids/wife and the evolution of Deimos (twin turbos/FI for my R V8), but thanks for the faith

Yeah, it's also the only way I can get it to fit

Got the flanges from Custom Chrome (iirc about £80), and Sch40 from All Stainless Ltd. Should've taken one to "someone I know" who can cut them out

Got about 20mm clearance to chassis rails

CaLviNx,

All stainless steel (Schedule 40 butt weld pipe), TIG'd. Purging? Outside done with an angle grinder, powerfile, router and DA sander! Took about 5 hours.

those manifolds can be made in mild steeland migged if its thick enough wall section .

i have a friend on night shift at a laser cutters1!!!

still looks nice

Like the look of the manifold. I've been doing Pinto turbo manifolds. Started with mildsteel ones, these can crack unless suported well. Then changed to stainless.
I used sch 10 pipe though 40 was a bit thick and 10 was easier for me to weld.
This is my stainless one.
