They are tucked up quite well.
Some puegeots are tucked up quite high aswell. One of our blokes at work spent 2 hours trying to find the bonnet opening on a new transit when we
first got them. I just walked along with the keys put them in and opened it straight away.

Suzuki jeeps are a real laugh too, it's in the glovebox! The owner had'nt a clue & we already knew the hand book was'nt there.
Youdont need the hand book as such but it gives you a reason to go in the glovebox.

Our moneo and transit company cars were like that(got mercs now), and the new guys were funny as F#ck when you told them to open the bonnet to check
the water etc......... and when u checked the sheet after, they said all levels are ok, but when questioned they didnt know how to open the bonnet.
hehe....

I used to get Mondeo hire cars and struggled like f*ck to get the petrol filler cap open on the first one. Searched all round the interior for a
release. Of course the hire car didn't have the luxury of a manual. Ten minutes later and the attendant came out and showed me how to open it!
Ar*e.
I also had an embarassing moment in a car park with an old Merc 308 van. Nice looking lass next to me can't get her car to start, flat battery
she says. No problem says I, I've got a set of jump leads in the back. Opened the bonnet, and no battery, checked the back, no battery.
Didn't find out until I got back to the yard that the battery is under the passenger seat! Doh.
Cheers
Mike

It begs for the question....
How long have you had the car? When you get the lid up you still can't tell there's an engine in there
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Also had problems finding battery on Porsche 928 and 5 series BMW. Never did find it on the Porker but did find +ve power point under bonnet.
