More ZX12-r wiring
Im nearly there with the wiring and currently am trying to figure out what one wire does and whether i need it or not.
(I am reducing the loom to be an engine only loom and am trying to eliminate the bike fuse box and use my current one.)
The wire in question is yellow and runs from the fuse/junction box and splices into one of the thick yellow wires that runs from the alternator to the
regulator/rectifier.
Can i cut it out i does it need to go somewhere?

Not sure about the 12, but on my zx14 it's a black wire and it runs from the alternator/rectifier harness to feed the headlight relay with power
after the motor starts.
Have you picked up a copy of the shop manual for the motor? I find the OEM manual from Kawi invaluable. I could never do this without it.
Hope that helps.

temp sensor is needed for the ecu
so you need to retain the original

Figured out the yellow wire problem i was having.
I took a look at some of the individual wiring diagrams rather than the big one that has everything on it and it in relation to the lighting which i
am not using so snip snip.
