Built already!

saw this one.........

http://www.carsource.co.uk/used-car-index?car_id=9400708&referring_site=skupe

built by boston college!

More pics here

http://www.aa-cars.co.uk/stock.html

Seems just what i'm looking for, dump the engine... etc etc etc

But at £6995, a tad over priced? (like £2k?)

Looked of? Oh typo, looked OK!

It's not worth that money though, assuming in good order and a good build, with that enginei'd have thought £5k max?

i wouldn't touch a college built car for any more than the cost of the kit + maybe 30%.

of the ones i've seen, they're rough, and more often than not, have had more things altered and fixed than i care to think about.

if that's worth £7k, mine must be worth 10, and i know mines probably not even worth 7k.

i'd want to see a lot more photos!
tom

Thats what I thought, but it'd be a start if it's not too bad, and apparently it's been there for ages, and what with winter just about upon us I bet they can't wait to get rid of it!

Unless the dealer is doing the college a favour he will want rid this time of year, its not exactly seasonal stock this time of year so it should sell at a bargain price.

If 2 litre pinto indy's stuggle at 5/6K in the summer then i would think a 1.6 in the winter would have to go nearer 4.5K if not less.

good luck and keep us posted as to how you get on

if you did a bike engine install

youve got
engine £?
prop modding £70
Sprocket converter£40?
engine mounts £200
exhaust £150
bits and bobs £100

so add that to your price

I agree £4.5k
