Bike carbs / TB's and Ford CVH engine?

Hi all..

Has anyone put bike carbs or TB's onto a Ford CVH engine? My father is wanting to add some poke to a Scimitar with a CVH in it, and I thought it would be worth looking at.... Are there any resources out there to help, any ideas??

Has decided to flow the head and upgrade camshafts etc, this would be instead of webers...

Thanks

Chris

have heard of people fitting a 1600 head to an 1800 bottom end (I believe the 1800 head is poo) which might be worth looking at if you're doing other things.

R1 carbs

Yes done that CVH 1600 with fast road cam and pully kit with Yamaha R1 carbs on to Boggs Bros Alloy Inlet. Making 112 bhp at back wheels. New Zetec going in so all up for sale soon, except carbs that is as there going on new engine.
