Seat belts

I know everywhere is different, and I ought to look under my own regs, but are there specifics that your UK inspectors want regarding the seat belts (as opposed to their attachments)?

I am looking on Fleabay and finding wild variances in seat belt pricing, particularly for "race belts" (5 or 6 point).

E marks are an indication of european conformitty, they are generally the letter e or E plus the number of the country, which is given to them as they join the EEC so e11 or E11 means it was made in the uk. IIRC

The things you learn on the internet! Thanks.

Now, what does IIRC mean? You may be getting the idea that I grew up speaking something other than English... which would be untrue. As my francophone father-in-law says: "He's 200% English" (in Canada, English and French refer to native tongues, not nationalities - well most of the time). However, I sometimes think I need a dictionary to converse with my ancestors, whose country I have visited several times!
