plastic petrol tank

I bought a plastic petrol tank from the mk stand at stoneleigh but never asked what capacity it was, anybody know? thanks

can't you measure it? length x width x depth...100 cubic cm = 1 Litre ...i think..

My indy tank is about 10" deep and should i'm told carry a tad over 5 and 1/2 gallons.

5 1/2 gallons? i hope you have a map with every gas station in the country on...i thought i was being daft having 6 1/2 gallons...perhaps you could send me a copy of that map

I doubt with my arthritic bones i'll do much more than 100 miles without meeting a certain pain barrier,i'll be glad to get out have a cuppa and fill up

5 Kit Cars to le Mans and back, one with a tank capacity of only 5 gallons. Exactly how uneconomical are your cars? We never ran dry once!
Of course you could allways ask the nice man who makes the tanks to make a bigger one, I'm sure he'd only be too happy to oblige

Around £70-£80, all tanks are now suitable for both carb or injection. £70 gets you a std tank or £80 gets one with about a gallon more capacity.
