I would of done it differently if I knew then what I know now...
I cannot see my nearside wheel (or arch) so find it difficult to place that side on apex' and/or avoid parked cars (which is not good!)

Worx, where did you buy that aeroscreen?
My next project is not a 7 but it might fit what I need.
Do bike windscreens fit over the binnicles?

Cheers Martin

aeroscreen is stuart talor jobbie from ebay, £90 delivered. wing mirrors are racetech, got the two side ones second hand and the matching center one from rally design, about £30 each new i think.

both screen and mirrors passed sva with no problems, although i did fit a really small u trim to the top edge of the screen

I can give you any dim's if you need them to check first?
I imagine bike screens, severely cut down, will fit the tops...
I am (STILL ) waiting for the screen pods to go on top that are made for them..

Worx, some dimensions would be good, although it looks like I can cut the sides off as I just need a flat planel.
What bike screens do they use?

Second time of typing this blimin' message, lost it the first time...

Speaking from my experience with the WSCC, I can vouch for the fact that Paul Aspden's carbon fibre aeroscreen seems to go down a treat, a lot of the Westfield chaps have it. It's around £120 but I beleive he can also supply a plastic equivalent for less.

I have it fitted to my Luego Velocity and it's a perfect fit. Didn't even have to bend it too much (which it will do if required)

Paul no longer trades full time but visit his website and drop an e-mail his way and I'm sure he could oblige

As for mirrors, all I can say is welcome to the eternal debate as to which mirror to go for.

I've had several before settling with my final (and by far the best) choice.

When choosing a mirror you need:

(i) large mirrors / good visability

(ii) easy adjustability

(iii) sturdy fitment to bodywork

(iv) as little wobble / vibration as possible.

With all this in mind I must recommend the original style Suzuki GSXR mirrors. There's tonnes of them on eBay at the moment. Here's a selection:

Set 1

Set 2

Set 3

Set 4

Don't pay silly money - I got mine for £16.50!

I also happen to think they look the dog's danglies.

Hope at least some of this is of help?

Best regards

Kyle
