Car wont start- overfueling???

I've a Zetec with Bike carbs (mikuni CV), R1 fuel pump and a fuel regulator I'm getting a spark but when I took the plugs out they were wet, any ideas????

Gradualling ticking all the boxes for SVA and now this!

Well assuming you're getting compression, spark and fuel you should get it running even badly....

This is what I'd do (not that that's much of a recommendation!!!)....

I'd take out the plugs let them dry off, turn over the engine with the fuel pump fuse out to get rid of any petrol in the cylinders (leave it for 24hrs to let any vapour in the garage escape before trying again) then restart but keep the fuse out and squirt EasyStart in the air intake.... If that gets it going (even temporarily) then you know its a fuelling issue....

Is it possible you have spark plug cable in the wrong position ? (you can excange 2/3 and 1/4 but not for example 1/3)
