GTS De Dion

I'm converting from mk2 escort rear axle to Gts De dion. Do my trailing arms need to be further apart?

If so how far apart do they need to be and where do the mounts need to be moved to in relation to the chassis, does the top one need to go up, or do they both need to be moved apart.

Thanks

The de dion mounts are, IIRC, identical to the std book chassis mounts for live axle.

The axle may touch the lower rails of the chassis on full droop, so just be wary of that.

De Dion

Thank you for that, just though that I had read somewhere that they needed to be altered.
