I suspect they have a legal department big enough to remind Caterham they don't actually own a trademark on just the number.

Now if they called it 'The Seven', 'The 7' or 'Super 7' things would be different. Caterham do own those trademarks.

725kg and 260hp vauxhall engine giving 358hp per tonne, for £38,000

570kg and 204hp vauxhall engine giving............358hp per tonne, for £5500........................

tricky descision but I'll stick with the locost I think!!!

It is approved to drive on german roads.

So:
- no 102 dB(A)
- meets EU regulation on exhaust emission
- brakes and driving are tested on higher level

But who cares?

BTW: The donkervoort-locost start around 90.000 Euro
