What Camshaft is this

I have a CAMTEC zc396c camshaft in a head i have bought and i am trying to find out some details about it. To date I have not been able to find any data on google. Does anybody have a clue to what it is?

i may be wrong, but i thought camtec used to make the cams for ford, is it from a pinto?

Apparently they produce CamTech (with an H) camshafts. Worth a look?

just checked one i happen to have on a shelf! same number as yours, its just a standard cam from and old 2ltr pinto

Think we've got the same mystery cam lieing around in the garage... Information on these is very Scarce!

I think there just re-profiled originals or replacement parts for the standard ones.

Ours was in a injected engine that had been Re-conditioned.

Thanks for info. yes it is from a pinto but not injected. the other number on the side is GC 3. Numbers on the end are 2818, 20, YLVC and DX03 if that helps
