Did you block the little 10mm-ish vent?? If so, how?

Made a tight-fitting little mushroom-shaped plug and glued it into the hole from the inside - the water pressure reinforces the seal.

Stuck a tube on it and sent to header tank.
By only having one tube from this to the header you can fill the system from the highest point, but the tank does not have to be the high point.

Thanks all! I don't have room to fit ANYTHING on it, but if I cut it down slightly I should be able to screw something in to blank it!

OK i was having a fiddle in the garage so i had a measure up of the polo rad.

Width 480mm this includes the thermo switch area and the top bleed which sticks out 20mm, i have seen the 8mm top bleed cut shorter which helps nose fitment.

Height 340mm

These measurements are total area.
