Can't help you with times, but I reckon you will be pretty much flat out over the line. Most cars running those times probably cross the line best part of 100mph but they weigh in about twice as much as yours I expect

do you plan on doing the gearchanges clutchless? Your estimate is good from what i can guess, a lot also depends on tyres and weather but i guess 13.5 on a hot day to 14.5 on a cold day.

Have fun

York Dragway couple of weeks ago - as iank says 13.2 damp 105mph, got a 12.49 on a dry warm day.

Have a look on our website - a few video's to whet your appetite...

Ive done a couple of 1/4 mile days and managed 13.5 @ 105 with the blade and 13.0 @ 110 with the R1, in a car that weighs about 520kgs with me on board. On the same day a couple of mates in ZX12 and Busa BECs respectively got into the 12's, the ZX12 STM Locost managed 12.5 @ 115mph which is pretty good, especially as it was on Toyo Proxes!

I think that most BECs should be capable of getting into the 13's at least and getting over 100mph terminal, but Ive also seen a friend's blade BEC that in the real world was every quick as mine with the same engine not break into the 14s and not break through 100mph so I guess a lot is down to tyres / technique / track condition etc.

Im amazed that website gets as close as it does to be honest because it must make a LOT of assumptions (torque, max rpm, gearing, frontal area, drag coefficient, tyre coefficient of friction etc etc) so there has to be an element of luck in there that its giving out relatively accurate figures, but that means it may not be the case for all cars.

You only need to look at the amount of parameters in Cartest to realise how many different factors there are that affect how quickly a car accelerates.
