he is moving house though, so probably off to somewhere nicer - I'm sure he could have comprimised if he'd have REALLY wanted to.
Well unless he is maried to my wife 
I guess it's better he sells it on than it rots on a garage beyond redemption.
Sad though - I hope that isn't me in a few years!
