Shrinking a GIF file

I have changed my avatar to that shown here
<<<<<, but it's a smidge wide. Is there an easy way of making it smaller? In edjit terms if possible please!

I'm sure there are better (and free) tools out there to use but JASC Animation Shop seems to be able to resize them OK once you find the right tool to use.

Although initially novel.. after the novelty they are just a way of slowing down page loading and TBH become a bit of a pain...

Don't worry about it, given how long this page is taking to load now it has the little version on it to. The big one doesn't seem to be an issue, just the little one! Oh well, back to a more normal avatar.
