Anti-Dive Suspension Geometry

Hi guys, sorry to burden you with this but your usually pretty good on stuff like this:

Basically Im mocking up front double-wishbone suspension for a project and I have to put a degree of "anti-dive" in. Its usually about 25-30% ish. Thing is I dont know how to calculate the percentage. I think Ive laid down the diagram correctly and understand 100% anti-dive, but how would I work out the percentage I have here?

Thanks very much

I haven't really got my head around this, but THIS may help?

You can do it quickly. You can do it cheap. You can do it right. – Pick any two.
