Compression test on XE Red Top

Can anyone tell me what sort of psi I should be getting per pot on my XE?

I've google'd and checked the Haynes manual no joy.

approx CR * 14 psi allowing for some inneficiicney of cylinder filling at low rpm.

will see if I can find someting out but seem to rememebr most values tend to be in range 150-180 psi.

Thanks. I had a figure of 165 psi in my head as an approximation.

Did a track day Saturday and burnt rather a lot of oily stuff, hope it's guides or a valve rather than glazing or rings

make sure theyre all even and around 12 bar *ish* its not an exact science tbh,and every tester is different, as are starter motors etc. Most important is that they are even
