MX5 caster
I'm gonna make my top wishbones tonight
what caster angle do people think i should use?
I have read comments on the forum of around 8º. I want to be able to pass SVA when I get home.
MX5 upright, +442 chassis

When attached to an MX5 it is 4°26' + - 45', so I should at least double it. Cortina to Book Locost is 4x as much.
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

8 degrees should be good - I ended up with 5.5 (i.e I corrected the book error, no more) & my self centring is fairly vestigial but did get me MAC
certificate....
Because the MX5 has zero scrub radius, it doesn't get the static self centring the cortina upright does with its combination of KPI and scrub
radius.
