torrent downloading
hi there guys,
i currently use Azureus Vuse to download my torrents but have recently been getting incredibly slow down speeds of just 0-10 kbps, i have 8 mb
broadband service and i have seen speeds of 250 kbps on some torrents,
any thoughts on to why i might be getting slow down speeds, i always allow for uploading as well so can't be my share ratio
I love Pinto's, even if i did get mine from P&O!

All depends on how many seeds and leeches are on the file and not how fast your connection is. Find torrents with high seed number and low leech
numbers.
The seed number is how many ppl are supporting/hosting the file and the leeches are the amount of ppl who are downloading it.

So long as you are not being throttled by your ISP, you will get fast speeds here. But be quick once
they are full they will stop sign ups.

try using utorrent instead to see if it makes a difference to your speed

Blimey, I wish mine arrived that quick! I get a peak download of 100 kbps across all torrents! But I do live out in the sticks.

some isps have brought in limitations which specifically target torrent traffic. You can encrypt traffic with utorrent and azureus which should
disguise it. Might be that, might be something else.
