Dilemma or no brainer ?

Think its a no brainer........

Currently in Portland Oregon, will finish job early (tomorrow) next job is Tuesday in San Francisco so the no brainer......

Ditch Tuesdays flight.
Keep hire car.
Drive down to San Fransisco over weekend along the pacific coast road ?

Thought so, no brainer....... I hate work sometimes.

Don't mean to be a spoiler, but you really should check with the rental company. Most take a bad attitude about taking the car out of the state where you hired it.

I'm sure it will be fine as long as I call them, Ive hired many a car at airports and returned them to A.N.other...It's probably the 1st rental car Ive had with the same plates on it as the state I hired it in.

Jon call em and see if they have somthing tasty.

'Cause in my book if your going to do somthing like that ( and its loosly classed as work ) maybe pay a little premium and do it in style.

Ps any jobs going ???

It's a fairly boring road, don't forget the cheese factory at Tillamook! The highlight of the region

Not sure I understand (nothing new there then!).

You want to drive that road just for something to do? Have you done it before?

As Jubal said, it's not a particularly interesting 'driving road' (even when using something a bit tasty, nevermind a hire-car!).

The no-brainer for me would be to move your flight forward and have a party weekend in SF.
