Tyre rubber marks?

Having done 3 track days my car is covered in a liberal sprinkling of black marks. They're from bits of flying tyre rubber (hot and sticky). Whats the best thing to remove them?

Flash dash.. its ment for cleaning plastic so Its probably kinder on the GRP than Brake cleaner etc.

WD40 probably works also.

I think Gezza (though maybe he should change his name to Jessie after the way he drove in the wet!) is refering to this...

Notice the clumps under the front! There was a lot more in the suspention, wheels and engine bay.

When I raced karts I used to get plenty of tyre rubber on the side pods and nose cone from "assisting people out of the way" and brake cleaner always got it off no problem

It turned out that I've run out of grinder discs so tried brake cleaner (my usual default for disolving stuff). Shifted it easy.

Thanks guys.

Those household steam cleaner things get tar off no bother. My local ALDI still have a little hand held one in stock.
