R1 blowing out oil plugs

At both the last two track days I have been to, my R1 engine has lost the oil fill plug.
The first may have been bad luck with a loose plug but the second I tightened it by hand as tight as I could (though my mate may have over filled it with oil after the first time).
I now have an aluminium plug which I intend to lock on but was wondering if the above is a sign of bigger problems, or just a blocked breather or channel or something.

ps .

I can't see crank-case presure unscrewing it. Sound like it just wasn't tight enough and heat and vibration did the rest.

Yup, lost one due to vibration (I think)
Drilled a hole and lockwired the new one to a nearby bolt and hasn't come loose since

Apparently this is fairly common.

I drilled a hole though the plug and got a big spring to put tension on it and stop it vibrating loose.

I would've wired locked it but CBA to keep re-doing it if topping up or changing oil.

That is good news!
I'll fit the new one (and fit the new prop shaft) and hope for the best Saturday at LLandow.
TimC if you are out there I should be there all day.
Cheers all.

I've just seen this while looking for something else. Halfway down the page.

Hi Ed. I won't make it I'm afraid. I'm off to Mallory on Sunday to watch the racing so Saturday will have to be my MBA study day.

Well spotted Adrian! I'll see if that works with the Ali one.

Tim, what is more important, a career or a day at Llandow?
