How to post helpful questions - for all

Please note - the following does not refer to any particular post

Not wanting to be a bit of a moan, but we do seem to have a lot of posts throughout the week asking for advice like ‘HELP my car won’t run!!’ or ‘What kind of engine do I want??’………..and then that’s it , no more posts for that person for the rest of the day. Like we’re clairvoyant or something. Are we meant to keep guessing blindly?

Me being one who is a posting pest on this site (really I just want to push Flak Monkey off the Top Posting Members list! ), but I do occasionally try to help can I just say - Please give as much info as you possibly can think off, what you’ve done, what the car even is, what the symptoms or what you want to use the car for if your not sure on the engine etc etc

Ok moan over and no I haven't fallen off the wrong side of the bed, I was pushed!

I might be able to help but it would be easier if you just fixed it

The mental gymnastics a landlord will employ to justify immoral actions is clinically fascinating. Just because something is legal doesn't make it moral.
