sip migmate 105...hmmmm

dragged out my old 105 migmate from the depths of the shed today changed the shroud and tip and replaced the wire and a new bottle of co2 tried a few test welds of some scrap 2mm box..full power med wire feed......absolute rubbish welds, like lumps of bird sh*t..messed around with the feed, still no better no penetration whatsoever so i took a lump hammer to it now it's in bits....think i need a new welder..well i know i need one now
spotted a 180amp sip mig locally..
