They are common in tokyo where you can't have a car if you dont have a place to park it off road.
I think I have some pics somewhere.
I remember seeing one that took three cars. Amazing to see.

That belongs to someone on Pistonheads but as far as I can remember only one of the lambos is his the rest are his mates or something like that

That is impressive. Would be in another league if the cars in the lower level could then access a cellar garage that was the full size of the house
underground.

An architect who lives near here right next to the Thames and in an area that floods most years has built his 4 car garage with sensors to detect when
the river floods. The whole garage is then automatically raised 2m!
