GROUP BY: Fire Extinguichers - plumbed in

Hi all.

Due to the recently increase of burning cars (the latest was a brilliant MNR VortX), I decided to buy a plumbed in fire extinguisher. I know its a couple more kilos, but I can take 15 killos off my weight, so...

Also, I can balance the car better

I search for opinions on locostbuilders, saw a couple of group buy tentatives, but none finished.

Is anyone up to a safety upgrade?
I was thinking about a few options:
* 2,25 / 3,12 / 4 ltr
* Alu / Steel construction
* Manual / Electric

I'm trying to get the best price for a complete package with mounting brackets & installation kit.

Prices around (hopefully under) £150 for a mechanical 4.0 ltrs jobie, about a 100 plus for electrical, a bit less for the smaller ones.

What would you like to have?

Cheers,
Joao

Lifeline ones here, mechanical and electric, they would probably do discount for quantity

I would be interested in a 2.25ltr mechanical system, Lifeline p/n 101-225-001 £76 list price.

Actually, I was thinking about Lifeline, but I'm completly open to other manufacturers... price / quality will dictate that!

I'm after a 4.0 ltr mechanical, to have 2 nozzles at the engine (one oposite to the other) and 2 to the ocupants.

Lifeline is offering:

1-9 systems = 25% discount
10-19 systems = 30% discount
20 + systems = 35% discount

Problem is, I still don't have their prices!!!
I'm waiting on them, and we'll see if they are competitive

Cheers,
Joao
