prelude1980 - 24/7/09 at 07:13 PM

Just went for a quick blast in to town to visit screwfix and on the way bag i think i over cooked it a lil when i was facing the wrong way on the roundabout

Luckily no-one ther to see it or be involved. Very embarrassing,

Whats the most embarressing thing people have done in their cars?

Rule No1: Always check your bonnet pins!

At my first ever race in my Peugeot 205 in Road Saloons, where you had to drive to and from the circuit. I was leaving Castle Combe and one of the other competitors was waving at me and I thought this is a friendly championship as I hadn't even spoken to him during the day, it was only 3 miles down the road with my bonnet on the windscreen that I realised he was waving to tell me that I hadn't done my bonnet catches up!!!!

After this I put a big sticker on the inside of my dash saying 'BONNET PINS!!!!!!'
