Just went for my first night time blast in my Meerkat RV8 with my son. We are going to the David Coulthard museum in Twynholm tomorrow for an F1 Race Day Brunch with the Scottish Kit Car Club (skcc.co.uk) and I needed to do a shakedown run beforehand.

I was a bit apprehensive about driving it at night but it ran like a dream and felt really good. We were just cruising for the most part but I gave it the beans away from one junction and had the back end snaking and all I could hear was my son shouting, "woohoo!," against a backdrop of V8 music!!

Let's hope she runs as well for the 140 mile trip tomorrow...
