Fuel -
And
VAT -
And
Gordon Brown / Alister Darling
Yep, 110 diesel and 109 petrol here already.
Fricking rediculous
After the prices dropping to 85-90ppl earlier in the year and prices of oil continuing to fall prices have crept back up again, with duty being
increased several times, but this actually only reflects about 10p increase IIRC, so the other 10p has come from the oil companies.
Another example of the motorist being exploited. Seeing as there are so many of us in the country, why do the government/oil companies get away with
it?
we should all stop talking to Alex now he works for BP
well seeing as Alex didn't even buy me a pint now he's working i'm not talking to him anyway!!!!
When the VAT rate was cut it did not apply to fuel booze etc. It's yet to be seen if when the rate goes back up they "forget" this and
increase VAT across the board or if they will not increase fuel etc.
Glad I bought a dieseasal
Wow, it seems worse for most of you guys!
Its around 1.07 for unleaded here. I still cant beleive that in 2004 when i passed my test, fuel hadn't topped 70p per litre
