Great video. Looks like you had a great day.
How did the car handle?? I've been looking at getting one myself rather than the Tiger B6 which my girlfriend is too tall to get in comfortably!!
I've already gone through your photo archive Shaun!!
link
The handling is fantastic!! But I would say that. It hasn't been set up proffesionaly yet but think it only needs minor tweeks to be as good as
I'll need.
I had a few moments on track with the back twtching but it never felt out of control, there seemed to be an amazing amount of grip
Any other Q's just ask
Shaun
Excellent - thanks Shaun. I'm sure i'll be asking plenty of questions.
Are you going to Stoneleigh at all btw?? Would love to have a really good look at the car if you are - i'm going for the weekend so long as the
weather plays ball
Looks like great fun
Unfortunately not going but HOPE to do some more track days, so if your in the area your welcome for a ride out
nice vid, I had my 2 year old son watch the full 8 minutes - shouting, "oh NO another racing car!" and then when you overtook,
"YEAH!".
He was most put out when you let all them cars overtake you.

Looks like you had fun. Can I suggest next time you go to Brands you have a session with the instructor. He will help you sort out Paddock Hill Bend and the series of bends into Clearways and back onto the pit straight. You'll be shocked how much more speed you carry and it will be safer as well.
hI Shaun
Car looked good,
we met you at woodbridge with our dax and your car was having a bad day, see you got the fuel issue sorted then,
i can say the car looks great in the flesh very tidy build,
i quite like the look of the falcrum,
how is the aerodynamics do you get good top end speed down the straights??
i hope to get out on track again soon if you are at any let me know,
ps what is the budget for building your car roughly as i quite like them and am selling the indy for a new project,
you can u2u me if you like with costs
nice drive out and i like the indy track easy to learn quickly as its small but fun,
like me you just need more time in the car
catch up soon
sean
Thanks Jeff, that was the critisism I was after will get an instructor session next time.
Hi Sean, I don't no if the aero is better than a 7 as i've never driven 1 but it doesn't seem to hit a wall as they say.
The fuelling issue was a simple fuel pump swap so all good now.
As for cost of the build, I started with a budget of 10-12k but soon realised it wasn't enough! Final cost came to 18k but I'm sure it could
be done for 15k if you were good at sourcing parts, unlike my lazy self
Hope that helps, if you want to know anything else just ask
Cheers
Shaun
had a good day in the riot , shame it rained again after lunch.
