As per title really, but with an appology. Sorry, if it was someone from on here, I would have stopped & helped IF I had not had passengers in my Taxi. You were on the hard shoulder just after J15 on the clockwise carriage way. Yellow 7 type.

Also spotted earlier on the A43 heading towards M40 was a Blue 7 with soft top.
