Wish I could... but I'm still on hospital duty.

I think it's nothing to do with height but all the buttock clenching thats giving them cramp.

2 steps forword and one step back at the moment. Legs healed well but it's other stuff that basically boils down to old age.

As you know I'm playing out.
Think Joe and I (Joe only chastises me for being grammatically incorrect ),are setting out from mine about 5.30ish and picking up Chris on't way up to the usual haunts (ie, Trough and Settle way).
So if you want we can arrange to meet anywhere and anytime on the way up etc.

Come on - get yer cars out, it's loverly weather.

ll just got back after a thuroughly fast enjoyable blat including fish and chips in settle and Macidees hot chocolate all round back in Chorley about 10pm. Went in the Pheonix and we gave the cars quite a thrashing. Got a charge light on the dash juys coming to Chorley, heard a bit of a clunk while sat at the lights. Checked it out at MacDonalds and couldnt see anything untowards. We parted our ways and I drove home. About a mile from home another clunk and whhhhiiirrrrrr the engine stops and I freewheel to a side street. Get the bonnet up and theres my cam belt sat in the engine bay and it must have fell out with the pullies as they weren't hanging out together. The alternator belt had left home alltogether and was nowhere to be seen. My guess is that the fan belt snapped at the lights and hit the cam belt knocking it mostly of the front of the vernier pullies and the drive home finished it off. There was no nast noises from the engine so I'm hoping there isnt any valve damage etc. It's a 1.8 K series rover engine. Anyone know what the likelyhood of damage is and how to find out?

Thanks to Jo for coming to tow me home and thanks to Joe and tom for yet another exhilerating Blat out.
