Anyone know the requirements for a helment for Track Days, apart from obviously fully protecting the head from impacts?

Ive never had a helmet checked on a "track day" but simple answer is it cant be too good, lightest n best you can get, its your head in it.

I know this has been asked before, but is there a ACU bike rating to motorsport conversion?

My helmet has a gold ACU sticker, but I was wondering how that rates in the car world.
