nice little run to work last night in the Blade, J1 to J10 on M53, bit scary at J4 as it was coned off for 3 lanes into 1 those flashing cones at the height of the Blade are really dazzling. nice 100+ mph run home, had to lift off a couple of times ( anyone who uses the M53 will know were the sneaky plod hide) Came up fast on a black vauxhall estate but fortunately he pulled off at J4 (plod round here have one that is used as an old style vascar, blacked out rear windows is the give away)

Time to get onto the Highways Agency and complain about the flashing cones I reckon.. maybe they should be higher so the blind in tintops can see them before they actually get there!!
