Llandow track day vid *youtube link*

Just me and my Striker following a modded Sport 160 Elise round Llandow. In my defence my tyres were worn and somethin happened when I finally got enough momentum to get past!

was that a BEC coming past you about half way through the video?

Took me a moment to see it the first time too, was expecting the vid to just start....then about half way down the page is a link "Download for free with FileFactory Basic"

You obviously know your way around Llandow - good lines! Don't know if you've ever competed there or intend to, but you wouldn't get many times as they can be pretty strict about crossing the white line!!! The really quick boys also stay to the left of the paddock straight as long as possible as this is smoother and allows slightly later braking apparently.

First thing sorry for the choice of website. I was sharing the file for the Elise owner in front then realised you lot may want to have a gander too.

I've been there a few times and my neighbour won all the sprints he entered so I've been told a few times the right way round. I do tend to pit crew more than drive though.

Lsdweb - I was crossing the lines deliberately to get some more speed on the straights. I was suffering poor high speed grip as my R888s were worn past the wear indicators.

If I rememeber the other kit car kit car was a very stripped Westfield with a blackbird engine and a regular sprinter Llandow.

We've organised another Llandow trackday on Saturday with the Yahoo BEC list, last time I looked there were about 3 or 4 places left though so if anyone fancies a last minute £90 trackday then contact Llandow Circuit directly and book a spot, all welcome, its not exclusively BECs
