SVA light heights

The only way for me to keep the standard mini lights will be to jack the car up 100mm
After spending lots of time lowering it 100mm

I wonder if I can hire front and rear coil over shocks!?

I can't how else to achieve the lighting heights for SVA short of altering the mini design radically!

without looking at the SVA manual I am surpise your lamps will be too low.

but some ideas, not necessarily good ones.
1. what about one of those bonnet lamp usings like you see on land rovers and fiat stratos - you may have issues with them being too close together
2. stick 7 style lamps on the wings - obvioulsy the glue chosen is not the really strong stuff so that if they fall off afterwards, it is not a bad thing.
3. big tyres? jack up suspension?

this is wot i am on about:

then you have to deal with indicators...

i did wonder if they'd be acceptable!

I thought i could replace the indicators on the front with cirular fog lights and position indicator lights higher up.

My car is very very low!

about 6 inches lower than a standard mini

What about attaching a bar to the grill and then having verticle poles off it on to which the lights could be fitted. Pass SVA and rever tothe mini ones?

For SVA, how about:

headlights in the outer 2 of a pod like the above pic (assuming that they are close enough to the outside edge)

indicators in the "real" headlight shells

blank off the real indicators holes with rubber grommets

move everything back afterwards!
