MNR Owners - South Coast
spdpug98 - 22/10/08 at 04:04 PM

After a huge favor if possible, I am very close to choosing an MNR but really want to have a look at one first, as I am based on the South Coast the trip to MNR is quite a long one.

Is anyone located on the South Coast and if so would you mind me coming round to have a look, happy to meet at a local establishment and buy you a beer (or soft drink!!)

Sandhurst actually
It's definately a 2002 R1, it's green and it's rather poorly

I snapped a diff bolt on the way home from work last night, smashed all of the fuel lines, ripped the rear wiring to pieces and thoroughly p*ssed myself off. Grrrrrrrrr!

You should have seen the look on the recovery guys face when I explained what had happened just as he lit up a cigarette!

My god Paul!
Which bolt snapped? One of the four on the propshaft? I'd better check them bolts, too then...

It was one of the bottom bolts that go into the diff through the chassis support brackets.
It went into the really long channel in the bottom of the diff case.
