Looks a good buy especially with the warning light array.
The only thing i could see was that the fuel level Ohm range was not the euro standard most senders are.
May need to purchase their sender or have one modified.
I am sure some of the electronic wizards on here will have a solution.

Im sure its not difficult to alter the ohm range of your fuel sender to match that of the clocks...

nothing is impossible!

I am not a fan of digital speedo readout - prefer a dial and pointer but TBH that is not a bad price.

Personally I would not buy it;
warning lamps - some LEDS and resistors about a fiver
bike speedo about a tenner

ok, so the water temp and fuel gauges are left to be addressed but it still seems to be a lot of money.

as for fuel sender - it is common (and I speak for a bout 3 senders that I have played with!! so by no means definitive) to have the ohmic range rom 0 to 330 - to use that one put 100 ohm in series and it will be good enough.

How do you get a speedo to be accurate to a car that it wasn't designed for?

If a speedo like this was bought would it be easy enough to caibrate to a xflow etc?

That seems a lot of instrument for the money when you compare to the likes of Stack, Digidash, Evodash etc.
All of your SVA requirements for under £100 - why wouldn't you buy it?

Speed on these is generally measured by putting magnets on something that rotates (after the gearbox) and a sensor that they rotate past. They are calibrated by entering the number of turns per mile/km. This takes into account the diff ratio and tyre diameter.
Same way a bike speedo works.

I have one and am currently wiring it up, instructions leave a little bit to be desired but its not rocket science.
The kit is complete with a water temp sender and a speed sensor with magnets.
The rev counter can be taken direct from the coils, ecu or by wrapping a wire around one of the HT leads.
Haven't got as far as working out the fuel sender yet but can't see a problem getting one to work.
The unit is fully sealed so water shouldn't be a problem, Calibrating the unit for speed etc is all done by programming in the unit.

For sva your should only need 2 other indicators fog and brake warning.
Also its the same e-bay seller i bought mine from.
