Been out today?
I've been out today, round to a fellow MNR builder and off to the exhaust place to get a boss welded in.... came way booked in for a whole new
system
Anyway it was pleasant enough this afternoon all wrapped up but getting dark boy did the temps go down!
Looking a the temp gauge wishing some of it was in the cabin. Its amazing, there's no heat at all being so close to the engine.
Anyone else been out??

Done 60 miles today and bu88er is it slippery out!
Spinning the wheels in 3rd and 4th in a straight line is a bit scary....

I went out for a quick run with my brother who's over from Munich. First time he's been in it and thinks it's mega quick. I thought
it felt ultra slow. That might have been down to his 120kg frame squeezed into it! No shortage of grip though!
It flew when he got out and his wife got in but kept lighting the back wheels up.

Was tempted as it was dry and fairly warm. Wife and son were out for the day so spent the time in the garage instead.

Went for a quick run out to take a mate for a ride. Lost my hat in the process! That's 2 I've lost now to this car. Maybe I need an
Elmer Fudd hat with string...

Me for one hour on an old airfield with sheep and cows and there assosciated crap and muck. Car was a bit plastered along with son and a couple of
blobs on the laptop. Was it worth it
OH YES
Really really greasy though and prone to locking the front wheels (not the back though) so that's another sva concern out the way.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

Spotted a blue (with bright yellow roll bar etc) Tiger by ours today. No screen and helmetted driver. Quite a few graphics on the blue bodywork in
like a Scooby yellow. Never seen it before and they are not that common around here.

me too, i got out to get the speedo's working and check them against the gps. Main speedo is still over reading by 10mph at 60mph. Also managed
a few full throttle grunts and wheelspun in 2nd gear. Was good, car felt easy to drive and 1st gear in this engine is so much more usable. Loved every
minute of it but must top playing and try and get it tuned with the laptop.
I wasnt too cold, maybe the excitment kept my warm.
Sorry about my spelling, im an engineer and only work in numbers.

That why I've got a velcro strap around the adjuster on my cap attached by a cord to my roll bar.
