CB Connections??
Seems we miss each other when driving other the moors.. how about a LCB's CB Radio group??
Install a CB radio and all agree a channel for various places and shout each other down we are out and about??
I know its late in the year but how does it sound??

Might as well go for PMR's, especially if you get models which can have their power output tweaked for export markets etc (often just a jumper
to cut or two pads to solder across).
~27Mhz is sooo 1980's

Or just get a Chinese UHF 5mw transceiver for £20 off ebay and tune it into the PMR band......
PMR446 is just a license free radio band

Yeah hearing stuff or being heard is a problem, I've bought a throat mic and earpiece to try out.
