Excellent riding/driving book
The Soft Science of Road Racing Motorcycles by Keith Code - just borrowed it from the library.
What a fantastic overview of the mental processes around track driving/riding - or any sport involving controls for that matter.
Wish I had read it when sailing competitively - would have taken me from National level to international - Think I will improve lap times on track
days significantly applying the ideas and processes.
Well worth a read by any bike or car based track day drivers.
One of the interesting tips is that it is generally safer to enter a corner a little bit too fast than too slow - read why in the book.
