Lydden Hill track day tomorrow
Weather forecast looks reasonable - If in the area there is also a big steam fair on over the weekend at Preston near Canterbury.

I was told today that there are track days ( or at least driving experience sessions ) at Headcorn airport but I can't see anything on their
website.
Having proved to myself that the car goes in a straight line, I'd like to find out what happens when it goes round corners but would prefer to
do this off public roads.
The objective at places like Brands Hatch is to try to stay on the track but I want to see if I can make the car go sideways or backwards without
getting in someone's way and being black flagged. Supermarket car parks are no good because they have lamp posts and bollards.
Can anyone suggest somewhere within 50 miles of London were I can go and play ?
I'm addicted to brake fluid, but I can stop anytime.

Bedford has a skidpan I believe, go to a north weald day and you can spin around for £30 on some of their days.
Woodbridge tomorrow is a bit further for you, but its flat and long so if you spin out not a lot of chance of hitting anything, Bedford is designed so
you cannot hit anything on track days.... well you can if stupid enough!
