how many miles in a year please?
Hi all! Well I've had my 7 for exactly a year now and have just checked to see how many miles I've done. I've done 2500! I think
that shows I've been driving it quite a bit. It would of been higher but didn't drive it much in spring because I was saving up for our
wedding. Also can't go out this weekend because the m. O. T ran out the other day and it's not booked in till Wednesday. I also noticed
that the old certificate shows that the car wasn't driven much in the previous years. In fact my tally beats all the previous 3 years all added
together! I was wondering if my tally for my first year was typical and the following years would be expected to decrease? So how many miles has
everybody done on here in the last year? I know a lot of people only tax their cars for the 6 months with the best weather so these people will
probably have a few less miles. But bearing in mind the vast majority of my miles would probably of come from a 6 month spell from about may to
October . So how many miles in last 12 months and how many years driving that particular vehicle? Cheers - nick

I did 4500 miles last year (Apr-Apr) but it was off the road from Oct-Mar. This year already up to 4000 miles and will keep it taxed throughout.

Usually just under 5000 /year. Who says you can't cover the miles in a BEC?

Had the car 3 months now and done 1000 miles.
Not sure how many I'll get in over winter. When do people normally find it gets too cold and wet to bother getting the kit out?

I find a limited milage of 6k a year isnt enough for me.
40k+ so far since my build, I wouldnt like to think how many gallons my v8 has used, well worth it though.
