Hi,
Who has done a track day at Elvington? Is it worth going, what kind of layout is the circuit usually? ie long straight and twistly bits or
combination of shorts strainghts?
thanks

Can't remeber which circuit i was on but it has a nice mix of short straights and corners, one very long straight.
For my first track day it was good. Nice and safe no barriers for me to spin into. Will be going again this year

For those that are going and never been - it's an experiance of a lifetime... beware though, it's addictive and tyres are expensive!!!

If its your first trackday it'll be fun.
If your used to a proper race track you'll be bored.
Very hard on tyres
Lots of cones to confuse you!

Ive done a few trackdays at donnington but this is the first on an airfield. I liked the cheepness compaired to donny (1/2 the price) and the fact
that I cant stuff my car into anything (well except other cars but hopefully I wont do that). Its also only 20mins up the road.
