problem with country roads

cow shite!!!!

it's my birthday today so had a day off work thought i'd go for a decent drive in the indy so did just that.

really starting to get a feel for the car on some of the twisty bits and was having a great time, rounded a bend planted the throttle down a straight bit and then......whats that on the road?.....splatter of cow poo everywhere!! thankfully it was a slight left hand so the passenger side copped it more than me but what a bloody mess!

car is feeling great though, adjusted the rear suspension and tyre pressures yesterday and the back feels far more in touch now.

can you tell i had fun

Happy birthday to you. Me too today! (30 again).

Glad you had a good time.

Hope all your post build problems get sorted.

I was out in mine on Saturday, trying to get SVA fail items sorted. A bloke pulls along side at the lights, window comes down and he says "your back number plate has fallen off". I smiled and told him I didn't have a front one either. He just sat there, gob open, the lights changed and I was off.

Cheers

Mike

Assume your partner was not in passenger seat?

Great things cow pats. I know someone who put his reliant robin on its roof cos he hit a cow pat!

His sister in the passenger seat was not impressed.

Enjoy.

round by me, it's not just cow pats and horse crap, but loads and loads of mud.

took the indy out for a blat midweek, brought it home, and both rear arches were absolutely plastered. i'd only done about 20 miles too.

also dunno wether it's the crud on the road, or just tyres not getting up to temp, but the roads seem really greasy of late, though i've mainly been out at dusk. it's such good fun though

looks like time to start being a bit more careful gents

will do next time.

most my mates have gone back to uni now, so should have a spare seat.
it'll be nice to have a passenger under 14 stone too. my near side rear shocker's been taking some right stick lately.
